Movie with a hidden agenda. Patriarchy is a social phenomenon that is NOT tied to religion. Why didn’t the director depict patriarchy in a Christian household itself? Why target Hindu households?
Christians are more conservative than Hindus in different ways. There are still Christians out there that don’t believe in birth control and put their women through 6-7 pregnancies in a life time - even today- why doesn’t Joe Baby talk about that patriarchy in Christian households ?
