A profound exploration of human relationships, especially that of love. The movie is reminiscent of some of Alejandro Gonzalez Innarritu’s psychological dramas, such as Crash, which also utilize an event to explore human behavior and relationships. This was a debut film from this Chinese director, looking forward to watching more of his films.
