Project Hope

A terminally ill woman and her cat try to survive in NYC while creatures kill anything making a sound. While trying to survive she encounters a man named Eric and together they try to make it to the safety of water because the creatures can't swim. There is plenty of heart stopping moments and the movie is packed with action. The one thing that made me like this film so much was the kindness that these two strangers exhibit to one another. In a world of nothing but turmoil, kindness and love help them survive. Ofc this movie isn't perfect but... This is just an all around great movie. Lupita Nyong'o is a strong character that keeps you watching until the end.

I really had great expectations for this movie but it just fell flat. I felt the acting was good but this movie is pretty much an exact replica of the first one with Liv Tyler. The male lead was just unlikeable and I found myself cheering for his demise the first 5 minutes of the movie. The dumb things they do trying to avoid the killers will have you rolling your eyes and screaming. You're almost glad when they're finally caught It's not horrible but wait until it's free on Peacock.

The soundtrack alone gets 5 stars 🌟

Good God what a waste of time.

It's been awhile since a movie of this caliber came out.

I really REALLY tried to give this movie a chance. I'm a lover of all different styles of horror movies but Skinamarink just didn't do it for me. I'm beginning to realize that if Rotten Tomatoes raves about a movie to expect the exact opposite. Watching your clothes spin around in a dryer is more entertaining than this movie.

The demon squirrel made me laugh so hard. For that alone I gave it 3 stars. Sorry but this movie is just very odd. It does leave you with an overall creeped out feeling. The sister was a great actor and its worth watching. Just a fair warning if you divert your attention elsewhere for even a minute you will be as lost as Tom Hanks in Cast Away ✌
