Honestly , I would give this a 5 star ratng because of the story and gameplay, however the effects are like worst. Like GTA 5 is better in effects and graphics, and the graphics sorta seem low even if i put all of the settings on high. So here is the scale:
Graphics: 7/10
Gameplay: 10/10
Story: 10/10
Effects: 3/10
Overall: 31/40
Edit: the game character perzonilization is pretty good, so 39/40
