So good. If you are a Humphrey Bogart fan, this film is a must. Bogart playing a less than likeable character to the hilt . A Stellar cast of familiar faces who went in to be more famous, household names of the day, for example, a very young Lee Marvin. Van Johnson, Fred MacMurray. The characterisations are effected by the institutional culture of Naval military procedures. Human frailty and disloyalty are shown in convincing and unexpected ways.

Great show for all the family. Wonderful to see Christopher Timothy and Peter Davidson have been friends since All Creatures Great and Small. A great concept with so many elements coming together to give the viewer a transformative experience.

I can relate to the character of Ingrid in some ways, mostly not being popular and rarely getting invited to parties. I don't stalk people on Instagram because I am of an older generation, but I did message my now husband, then boyfriend on his phone so much that I filled up his voicemail. I was so desparate to win his love and attention. In those days it felt like crying into the void. I know I have something wrong with me but I don't know what it is and I don't know how to fix it. I need to pick up my skirt and get help.
