For a massive chunk of the movie, it was completely boring. Also, there are so many plot holes. For example, why do so many of the zombies not act like zombies. Also, they chose the wrong actors to play Leon, Jill and Wesker. I put this up against any of the previous Resident Evil movies and they beat this one by miles.
