❤️❤️❤️Show highlights the important yet heart wrenching truth of partition from a Muslim girl’s perspective of how she suffers throughout her journey. The novel was written by Razia Butt who used actual stories of witnesses of partition. To my all Indian friends, it’s not a propaganda or anything like that, its merely showing the harsh reality. The show delineates the important of two nation theory which ultimately resulted in division of India. I don’t want to get into the depth but those who blame Mr Jinnah for that should know that he as a firm supporter of Congress but the dominated Hindu leadership’s segregation caused him to leave the congress and join Muslim league. Anyone interested in such stories should also read Urdu novel called “Tahira.”
