This show follows the book, replacing comparatively small Tom Cruise with Alan Ritchson as the imposing figure of Jack Reacher. Choeography and writing are all well done. Ritchson’s performance as the often emotionally aloof but morally sensitive Reacher was executed skillfully. The supporting cast was well selected and even the diner cameo of Mr. Child in the last episode was nice. I am definitely glad of the recommendation from the staff at the Seattle Mystery Bookshop when I bought The Killing Floor that this season was based off of. I am ready for the next episode (season) of Reacher, get it going Lee Child! You’ve got work to do!
