Beautiful, elegant, high quality product - but mainly a journal. I needed a great planner with more space for actual planning out my daily work and some note taking. Also, I get the concept of answering reflective questions and tracking performance metrics but 23 questions/metrics to track every day is more than I want to manage. I will still use the trigger questions to some degree in my journal. An excellent choice if you wish to journal and would like some triggers to answer daily, weekly, monthly.
