It was hard to get into and the last 100 pages were over the top. I give attorneys more credit than Stafford Lee was displaying.

I usually like Sandford books, but this one was a slow read, repetitive, and at places, boring.

Some parts in the book were so unnecessary. This book was easy to put down and walk away from when I got bored. I read another book at the same time for the joy of reading. Would not recommend it.

I had trouble getting through this book. I felt it drug on too long and didn't hold my interest as Grisham's other books had.

I'm trying to read it but nothing is grabbing me. Too much skipping around in the beginning and the characters are boring. I seldom not finish a book but this will probably be the exception.

I have no desire to read about current politics in a novel nor do I care about the author's views, which came out in the Cellist. I will read nonfiction if I want or need such information. Very disappointed in Dan Silva and not sure I will read any more of his novels without checking the reviews first, if then.
