Agreed there were casting issues with the original, but it was and still is a masterpiece. I don’t feel that the redo falls in that category. Rachel Zegler (Maria), Ariana DeBose (Anita), and Mike Faist (Riff) were terrific, but I couldn’t help feeling Ansel Elgort (Tony) seemed out of place although in good voice. I really didn’t like the opening and it seemed like the rhythm of the original was completely diffused and lost here. Somewhat of a disappointment and not an improvement other than the casting of the Sharks.

A pathetic entry in the Bond series and Craig’s sad departure from the franchise after his other electric Bond features!

Cynthia Erivo is fantastic as usual!!!

The problem with this series is there is not one character with any redeeming qualities. Its a very dark world they’re depicting and we’re already living in that world. No hope here.
