#TheKashmirFilesReview After completely watching the movie The Kashmir Files’ I came with an opinion that it is an incorrect and incomplete file, only records the suffering of Pandits, dehumanise Kashmiri Muslims, setting a textbook case of hate against Muslims, it’s an attempt to whitewash the massacre of Muslims on world stage by gaslighting the viewers into believing that Muslims were behind the ‘murder and exodus of pandits’. The fact of the matter is GOI records 219 Kashmiri Pandits were killed, while as independent reports suggest over 80,000 Kashmiri Muslims killed and scores of Muslim women raped in this long lasting conflict, but the tragedy is that ‘The Kashmir Files’ Director Vivek Agnihotri only cares about the Hindus of Kashmir, “Hypocrisy Ki Bhi Seema Hoti Hai?” They want to label Kashmiri Muslims as blood thirsty terror conscripts who unleashed holy war upon the Hindu inhabitants causing them to flee Kashmir, and push the narrative of religious fanaticism to discredit the political aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Indian audiences are all in tears watching this carefully scripted movie ‘The Kashmir Files’ on Kashmiri Pandits but can’t/don’t want to see/acknowledge the plight of Kashmiri Muslims who continue to suffer/die every day in this endless humanitarian crisis! For them, We (Kashmiri Muslims) are subhumans, our martyrs are collateral damage, but their fallen are Heroes and victims of Terror. Although, I never want to ridicule the dead by playing identity politics over their graves and ashes, this movie is nothing but an attempt to incite hate mongering against the Muslims of Kashmir, who are in-fact the largest victims of this conflict! In this movie the communal agenda of RSS can be brazenly seen at play while chanting "Yeh saari qoum aisi hi hai" and the mere fact that the movie only speaks about the killing of Kashmiri Pandits while pushing the genocidal massacre of Kashmiri Muslims under the rugs is enough to pin it as propaganda and smear campaign against the Muslims. The only motive behind this movie seems to garner support for the RSS ideology in India by chanting ‘Hindu Khatre Mai Hai’ that ultimately appeases their master and father - Modi and helps BJP to remain in power!Hate monger Vivek Agnihotri's propoganda movie promotes the cause Islamophobia. This movie will definitely brainwash the next generation of pandits with hate against Muslims and that's what it's goal was. He has distorted the facts. After watching the movie, you will feel as though not a single Kashmiri Muslim died in this conflict. Let me reiterate on behalf of all Kashmiri Muslims, that Kashmiri Pandits are the integral part of the Kashmiri society, we will never let people like Anupam Kher to divide us, and we look forward to return of Kashmiri Pandits among us, but not in some separate settler colonies.
