Everything is too predictable for me.
Its like a mash of mad max, world war z, baby driver, "any movie bout criminal gang ask you to do something with reward after job done but instead got shot at the end", opposite of I am legend that zombies goes to hiding at night.
Spoiler alert below!
My pet peeves for the movie.
1) That baby driver girl, how she learned to drive like that in a zombie apocalypse?
2) A 4wd car can be stuck by zombies that surround it. And it's not even that much of zombies.
3) All the soldier in the unit goes mad max crazy within 4 years. Not even a single humanity left in them?
4) That "crazy" old guy but not crazy is so expected.
5) That "crazy" old guy sacrifice himself to save the little girl from getting shot by putting himself between the shooter and the girl. He could just pull the girl behind the car. They were literally beside a car. Pulling her behind the car took lesser time that what he did. And the "hero" have a lot of time to get his weapon on the ground to shot the shooter before going for the truck.
6) Urgh the drama at the end. Helicopter is damn loud, but not even one zombie goes to it. Instead they went to the woman that was trapped in a truck trying to shoot herself. While the "hero" guy contemplating whether to save her and hv time to slow talk to the woman daughter that he is going to save her, boy she already pointing a gun in her mouth.
And when he saved her, she have the whole time in the world hugging her daughter.
What I like.
1) Usage of the remote control car.
2) That I able to go to cinema in this covid pandemic.
I guess drama lover would love this kind of movie. Not my type of tea.
