As an ardent fan of the superstar, I felt quiet disappointed that he had to be part of such a poorly written movie. First a very ordinary 80s or 90s, KS.Ravikumar style story. Even so, the screenplay, editing and as simple as scene to scene continuity was bad. Song picturisation and fight sequences were good. Rest everything was a total disappointment.

Having followed the journey of Mr.Gopinath and travelled in those iconic flights several times, I can say that's a good capture. Airtravel in India clearly divided into 2 eras. Before and after Air Deccan. Today's travellers would never know the level of needless luxury, airtravel used to be. And the extent to which it has transformed now. Coming to the movie, Yes, exaggerated but that's the need of a main stream movie. The screenplay, and the performance of the key actors makes the movie a good watch. This movie belongs to director Sudha ably supported by terrific performances from Suriya, Aparna and Urvashi. Aparna has a long way to go. Her performance is at par with Urvashi and Suriya. Wow. Some loopholes related to finance management is left open, but understandably difficult to portray in a movie. Certainly a good watch irrespective of whether you knew the real story. And thanks to OTT, for helping me see a movie within first couple of days of the release.
