Seasons 2 and 3 fall short, turning the series into a disappointing experience. The focus shifts heavily toward personal drama, with excessive and unnecessary scenes that dilute the story. The pacing is dominated by dialogue, leaving little actual progression or excitement. Season 1 was impressive, delivering thrills, a unique storyline, horror elements, and solid character development. However, from Season 2 onwards, the quality significantly declines, with sluggish pacing and lackluster content. It’s difficult to recommend continuing after Season 1. MGM+ should reconsider the direction of the series. The filmmakers have tested viewers' patience with meandering plots and weak editing, which detracts from the overall experience. #CancelFromShow

Don't get confused about whether to watch the movie or not . (spoiler):The concept of quantum mechanics is applied in this movie with 90% of thinking left to audience. LOok we aren't scientists . We need explanation at the end . It is for this reason that I have decided to not recommend this movie to anybody. ⚠:This movie misses plot , explanation.Though the plot is revealed much later , when the movie is about to get finished. (last 7 mins ).Over all, THE MOVIE IS NOT SATISFYING! The actors are not the real actors but a bunch of guys who decides to act for the movie "WITHOUT ANY SCRIPT AND DIALOGUES". The idea of SCI-FI is what will attract many dumb people to watch this silly , pathetic movie . Even if you are Sci-fi fans , try & resist from this movie. ! I'am not a negative person i.e i havn't given a negative review for a movie in my entire life , but this movie is what compels me to do! I don't watch these types of movies ...but it felt really good. every second is a gift for you in this movie. Beautiful original concept specially ending is so powerful ..A must see!!! leave imdb or rotten ... This movie is real ..awesome. the soundtrack of movie will give you chills inside. a suspense/ a cute little horror .. best acting .. You'll literally cry in between in this movie . the rating the movie deserved is imdb : 8 /10 rotten: 80 % (SPOILER).../ plot explained SEE AFTER WATCHING THE MOVIE If the movie was set through the eyes of Cody (the little boy), then the explanation is that the people who The Canker Man took actually had cancer and died it's just that Cody couldn't understand it so he made something up to help him understand why they are gone. This would make sense because in the beginning of the movie Cody said that the Canker Man ate his mom and that is the first time we hear about it. At the end we find out that his mom died of cancer and that sort of explains why he called the monster "The Canker Man" and why it looked like a more scary version of a cancer patient. SO this is where I got the basis for our explanation. The next thing is that when the Canker Man took Mark and the Police took Cody away, Jessie went to see the guy who had Cody before them. The file said that they had taken care of Cody for 15 months but the man said that in the beginning when Cody would dream, it would only be butterflies and that lasted for 3 weeks and then his wife got sick and that is when the Canker Man came. The man's timeframe is only about a month and a half, so how did he and his wife take care of Cody for 15 months? The wife getting sick and dying from cancer would explain that because it would have lasted a longer time. The bully at school who disappeared is harder to explain but him "running away" could just be what the teachers told the kids to not scare them about the boy having cancer and dying. And the police coming to talk to Cody about it could just be Cody's imagination. The last thing that made me believe this is at the very end when Jessie was holding Cody and talking about the people who are gone, she said that she wishes Mark would wake up on the couch and be with Sean. Sean had drowned and passed away so Mark would have to have passed away as well. And her husband also had cancer .what cody does to them doesn't really have an effect on them . That's why we the Jessie was so calm when he lost her husband. The concept is simple Cody only protects them(by making them disappear or got ate by cancer man/trapped in cocoon)in his dreams which could been in seen reality ...people got cancer and in the end the lady who handover cody to jessie was seen relieved by cody but it didn't happened in reality ,she was already gone due to cancer .....She just hope someday cody can bring them back (Evident by closing dialogue of the movie).
