The best 2 episodes in this series would be origins I and origins II. They first have the Forerunners attacking the flood in origins I and origins II has humans vs humans as well as covenant, then flood. These episodes give you a lot of back round about the Forerunners, Covenant, Flood and the U.N.S.C (BTW these 2 episodes have really nice war scenes).
