Michael was my point person on my move in September. He lead his team of movers in a professional and kind manner. Really enjoyed working with them. Had an issue with something that broke during the move and they apologized profusely. Management helped, but I wouldn’t say they went out of their way to finish the claim process. I had a broken glass Tabletop and didn’t see/take pictures of it because it was wrapped and, for safety reasons, did not open the wrapped broken tabletop so I did not receive $$ from a claim. My only major issue out of the move.
