The website is very good and easy to use but the customer service is horrible. I had ordered some items which one was back ordered. After waiting a month I called and they said they are still back ordered. But we’re it go bad was they sent out a news email saying the item has back in stock so hurry up and buy like I’m not over here waiting for my product. So I call and they said oh okay we I’ll get it out to you with expedited shipping. Now it’s been three weeks and I’m still waiting on my package. I’ll be calling again to probably find out that they still haven’t sent it.
