Amazing deep dive into the ministry of Jesus seen through the eyes of His disciples and how His ministry deeply touched their lives, the lives of the surrounding community, and by extension, our lives today. I love the slower pacing as well as the overall quality of the filmmaking. We as the audience are drawn into the lives of Peter, Mary Magdalene, and Nicodemus among others and see how they grapple with Jesus' coming and ministry. Though the disciples are each as different as can be, so are we as Christians and in both cases, God works through each of us.
