The game is 4k Runescape. It's very vanilla and honestly that's fine. It brings an MMO to people that don't normally play MMO's. People complaining about queue times are ridiculous. Every MMO before it has had extended queue times. Being a trillion dollar company doesn't change the fact that it's Amazon's first game ever. There are bound to be faults, but the queue time isn't one of them. Maybe if you stopped trying to stream snipe on Shroud's server you wouldn't be sitting in a 15k person queue. I sat in queue for 15 minutes max and played the rest of the night with no issues. They've made major improvements to the optimization. I have a 1660 super and it runs perfectly. This game is perfect for people who are new to MMO's or want a very simplified MMO. Basically 4k Runescape.
