Having listened to Matt Bakers comments on Hoseasons I would just like to say that we have rebooked our boating holiday after they cancelled the one we had booked for the end of this month. After they had initially contacted us, they did offer us a voucher which we could use to rebook our holiday within 12 months at the same cost, or we could have a refund less the initial deposit which was to cover admin costs. We decided to take the voucher and have rebooked having been reassured that all of our holiday is covered as normal. I must say the the girl who dealt with us on the phone was most helpful especially after we told her we were in our mid seventies.
