Elden ring puts YOU in the driver seat. My gripe with single player games nowadays is they feel like watching movies and not “playing” a game. This game has playability. It will require patience, effort and skill, but this game gives you a marvelous experience. Quite simply, the combat system just works. It’s fun and allows for a huge variety of different moves, combinations, perks, etc. Huge weapon selection, customizability, different ways to balance your character, challenging bosses. 10/10 from a new Souls player.

TTK is just insanely low.. to the point where it takes almost all skill and mechanics out and the game becomes a battle of putting yourself in a position to see the other player first.
