The concept of this show is good and it was enough to keep me watching the entire first season, but there is room for improvement should there be a season 2. My observations:
1. It's too monotonous. Each week is the exact same format. With the exception of challenge 3 which alternates between two games, it's the same thing week to week. There were only 10 episodes, but I would have lost interest after a while.
2. Hosting is robotic. JJ has the most TV experience, so he was typically OK, but the other two brothers didn't appear as comfortable on camera. They mainly just stared into the camera with a pasted on smile while JJ talked.
3. The taggers are cheesy. Some cheesiness is expected here, but it was worse for some than others. A number of the taggers were downright annoying. "Horse", "Bulldog", "Banshee", "Viking" to name a few that were over the top
4. All taggers are not created equal which made the final showdown seem unfair at times. For example, one week the first male contestant was chased on the floor by "Caveman" and the second contestant was chased by "The Flow". The first contestant outran Caveman, but The Flow was one of the fastest taggers and easily caught up to the second contestant. Doesn't seem fair.
5. The show did not lead up to anything. I would have liked if the season finale had been a "Ultimate Tag Championship" where all the season's winners came back to battle it out for a larger cash prize and "ultimate tag champion" title.
