Once I started this book I couldn't put it down. What an amazing book laid out in a clear and precise way to walk you through a step by step breakdown of how to improve your health to improve your mental clarity, energy and to be the best version of you. I can't say enough about this book, I'm thoroughly enjoying it and have recommended this to so many of my friends and family. I normally share my books with them after I'm finished but not this one - this one's a keeper! Thank You Kara for bringing this to us.
