Its the very defenition of its ok...

It's well-made, and Colin Farrell is properly dirty, but it looks that DC is aiming to replicate the Sopranos, which is clearly not going to work. What's next, a DC series on the slow breakdown of a heroic character's marriage? I'm not a fan of superhero movies, but I don't want to see a Batman spinoff without Batman. And the accents are absurd at times; it's meant to be set in the present day, but far too many people sound like 1930s cartoon characters. I don't believe comic-book ideas like this should be completely realistic; there should be some fantastical aspect, otherwise you'll end up with a lousy Sopranos-style show.

It's a fantastic take on Norse Mythology that is quite faithful to the lore. Thor is unforgivingly harsh, whereas Loki is crafty and skillfully depicted. The animation style is unique and the finest I've seen thus far. Oggy and the Cockroaches' creators, 'Xilam Animations,' devised a new type of 2D animation that looks clean and attractive. The world is immersive and beautiful. The characters and narrative are entertaining and fascinating. Excellent voice acting. The characters of Sigrid, Leif, Thor, and Loki are given adequate complexity. The other supporting characters shine during the voyage. Despite the fact that the program had four different directors, the story's rhythm was constantly superb. Eric Carrasco's writing is exceptional.
