Very weak report on XL Bullies. THEY ARE NOT A BREED, hundreds of innocent, friendly dogs, that may have some characteristics may be killed. These owners have no idea if they should register a dog as something it's not. The whole licensing and breeding of ALL dogs nรจds urgent reform not a ban on chaeacterists.
