It does not really tie into the first movie that well but it doesnt really have to it works on its own, the movie was pretty good, the two main charachters were excellent!

Funny as hell and well done, comedy at its best with very thought out spoof scenes, first move I laughed at in a long time.

It has gotten way too political.

Very good prequel great new idea now we need predator in prehistoric times for Dino hunting fun!
