Princess Mugi

I have to say, this was really hard to get into, but not for the usual reasons. I didn't mind the gore and graphic violence, that didn't bother me, I respect that Addie pushed to survive. However, I do not like the lack of character development for Zade Meadows. I did not like how he continued to re-traumatize her after rescuing her, I did not like how he manipulated her into this toxic image that he's the only one who she'll ever love, and they only one she'll ever be with forever. It just...There's so much toxicity in these two books, even for a morally grey character.
