I will be generous and give three stars on a film, that merits probably two.
I'm doing that, because of Idris Elba, high production value, and good action sequences - BUT - Apart from those action moments, the dialogue and plot are often Exceedingly Inane and Silly - way beyond ANY plausible realism experienced, for example, in a James Bond or Mission Impossible movie.
Furthermore, although the action sequences are good, there is such a multiplicity of them - scene after scene - that they become a parody of themselves.
Finally, and I normally wouldn't make a political comment, but the screenwriters/producers/director went out of their way, to knock those who adhere to the 'America First' principle, and how NATO is negatively affected.
Of course, that is not accurate, especially in light of the current Secretary General of NATO, and his very positive comments on the US contribution, and success in beefing up the contributions by every member.
