I bought Claude's book 'The Lost Super Foods' yrs ago. Pages looked photo copied but pictures were in color. I found this book very helpful for preparing & preserving foods, like meats, for a long time. Hence the stars. It's unfortunate the new books pictures are black & white. But if your FORAGING & need help with identification of plants & prep, Dr. Nicole Apelians book is wonderful. I purchased her book after seeing her on the show Alone in 2015 & hearing her story which impressed me. "The Forager's Guide to Wild Foods' is excellent!!! Lots of color pictures too!! Worth the $$
