Gharat Ganpati impresses you with its brilliant acting, immaculate casting, amazing cinematography, soul touching music, on spot editing and well crafted, tightly knit story, that unmistakably touches you on a personal level. This film outshines in all of the departments. Without a doubt it is in the list of the finest Romance/Family-drama movies for me. This sincere and emotionally profound film by Navjyot Bandiwadekar is definitely a must watch.

A must watch! Great concept with equally great execution, except for a few slightly sluggish moments in the first half. The opening sequence is fabulous though and the second half just keeps rising to end in one of the most exciting and thrilling climaxes ever seen before. Finally a deserving competitor from India to the Hollywood’s over the top vfx and concept heavy sci-fi genre. Don’t miss this banger from Nag Ashwin.

100% must watch! It’s a masterpiece by Kiran Rao. Flawless film. A very fresh hindi film in eons. Very engaging, very entertaining and very moving. Fantastic story with a message. Great work in all departments. It’s a film you can watch more than once.

Dunki is a one time watch… (I wanted to give 2.5 ⭐️ but Google doesn’t let you do that). The concept was great but the film’s execution doesn’t do justice to it. You keep waiting that something real, worth watching will happen now but the film keeps progressing with a predictable, repetitive narrative & stagnant pace. The only highlights of the film were its music and Vicky Kaushal’s acting. But even his character arc meets an illogical end. Also, amateurish technical inconsistencies are spread across the film, something that you don’t expect from such highly experienced and top class professionals. Overall, if you are an SRK fan, you’ll watch it anyway but if you are going to this movie for the Movie Experience then surely you have seen better than this one.
