I thought it was wonderful - bringing in new social issues that these older women are trying to adjust to, and dealing with aging, love, rundown marriages, kids growing up, death, infertility, and more. I enjoyed every moment.
That being said, there are a few moments that aren't perfect, especially with Miranda imo, and in the end it is still about a group of MASSIVELY wealthy and privileged people in NYC, but that's what the show has always been, and overall I thought it was great; I binged it all on a flight.
Charlotte was hilarious as usual, and I thought Sarah's acting skills have matured greatly since Sex and the City. And Sara Ramirez is a tall glass of sex and smiles. A great addition!
