Gloomy, set feels not the 90โs, whatโs with the old cars and the ยซย musicย ยป ! Gibbs doesnโt feel like Gibbs! Even the ยซย realย ยป aged Gibbs doenโt seem like the Gibbs we knew ! To think Hawaii ncis was cancelled and we were handed this! Sad & disapointing !!
