The issue is everything from the dialogue to the storyline to the animation, what a terrible awful thing… This was such a major disappointment as a huge fan. It feels like it was written by people who have never watched the actual show and just asked chat gpt what it was basically about and who cannot write to save their lives. Everything is totally pointless and non canonical , it introduces rick prime and in the most retarded way possible, the dialogue between them is insanely cringe everything about this sucked and the voice actors should be shot by firing squad

Spader is the star and center of why this show works and is amazing. He brought a character to life that is lovable and hatable and made it something interesting to watch. The writers seemed to be pressured into including woke topics which I detest I hate it I would give 5 stars if not for that simple factor. I don’t want this performance by Spader ruined by political ads for the love of all that is Cinema please stop doing this, it was perfect before and without that! Mister Spader delivered the goods on this 9 season long dramatic espionage crime series and without him it would be another rubbish knock off of Law & Order. I can’t brag on his performance enough it was totally superb rivaled only by Cillian Murphy as Tommy Shelby in Peaky Blinders and Heath Ledger in Dark Knight. While it’s length prohibits a lot of people from diving into the entire series the first season is required for every American home for sure.

One of the best shows I’ve watched in years, I loved most seasons. It did fizzle out a little at the end if they don’t revamp it, but, it definitely inspired and was designed extremely well.
