The Leverett's have assumed the role of this generations Neville Chamberlain. As history was rightfully unkind to him in the face of systematic world wide Nazi aggression, it will be equally destructive to the Leverett's cowardice. I am sorry, but the only thing that will allow the Iranian masses to oust its despotic regime will be a US military incursion. No one wants war, but unfortunately it will be the only thing that facilitates such a change.
