Parts of this movie were taken from a sample of a Christmas story I wrote and posted on my creative writing portfolio website. I think I should be credited. Luckily I didn't post the whole story on my blog otherwise Mike Lieberman likely would've taken the whole thing! The movie fell short because he wasn't the originator of the beginning part of the movie script or rather the concept. After taking the beginning part of my story which was the only part I posted on my blog, he didn't know what to do after and the plot just went all over the place. He used my ideas and tried to change it up a little but not much. Not enough for me to not notice it was taken from the sample story on my creative writing portfolio website. Why was ideas/images from my story taken without even an email or any attempt to contact me? My email is right there on the website.
