I was actually eagerly waiting for this film to drop, and I’m so glad it didn’t destroy my expectations! Although the storyline is a bit predictable, the character development was amazing for both leads. I absolutely loved their bond — it felt so real and heartwarming that it honestly made me wish I had a gay best friend like that. 💕 The ending was lovely and emotional, and their friendship was portrayed beautifully throughout the movie. The film perfectly captures the warmth, love, and support between close friends. Overall, Love in the Big City is a must-watch — a touching and uplifting film that will leave you smiling and a little emotional at the same time. 🌈✨ Must watch film for uplifting your mood

I gave this drama a 3-star rating because I wasn’t fully satisfied with how the story ended. In the beginning, the drama was perfect for me — the plot was engaging, and the characters were well-written. But towards the end, it felt like the story was dragged unnecessarily, and I completely lost interest. Some scenes even felt overly dramatic and unrealistic. I must say, I really enjoyed everything up to the point when the main leads went to college and found their soulmate — that part was beautiful and emotional. But after that, the drama just went off track for me.

I’m not typically one to write reviews about K- dramas, but this particular show compelled me to do so. Although I’ve grown tired of the repetitive storylines in many K-dramas, this one, despite being somewhat predictable captivated me with its engaging character portrayals and the actors’ impeccable chemistry and performances. These elements made the drama more captivating and enjoyable to watch However, by the eighth episode, I started to feel a bit disengaged due to the storyline becoming repetitive and feeling as though it was lagging, and the predictable ending didn’t help. Nonetheless, it’s a heartwarming and uplifting drama, with its comedic moments being particularly enjoyable. It’s a great choice to watch when you’re feeling down Overall, it’s a approachable show🤗

If you're eager to see a romance between a wealthy boy and a girl from a lower socioeconomic background, this drama is tolerable, but honestly, it's quite predictable and unengaging, making it easy to anticipate future plot developments; I would suggest watching it only if you've exhausted other K-drama options. I'm particularly disappointed with the storyline in this kdrama, feeling that its success can be attributed more to its association with the engaging "School 2015" and the strong performances of the two male leads. Honestly, the female lead's acting could use significant improvement, and aside from the male leads, the rest of the cast's performances seemed subpar. This might be due to watching it in 2024
