I truly think this software that I have is great but I focus myself on customer service. I tried for the last three weeks I put in tickets I called. I haven’t had no response yet. I am very new to the software. I pay $78 a month and I just like to ask questions about some things that I don’t know how to do and I went on YouTube but they did not have one on there video that I can watch so just maybe by giving them a review they will call me back.
