Absolutely ruined everything the first game had going for it. Dumping loot boxes in favor of a paid season pass was a terrible idea. No more earning in game currency to buy skins you want. That thrill of earning a loot box is gone. 5v5 is also a downgrade. if you're playing as a healer, good luck. you have 1 less player to hide behind for safety. That giant chaotic team-driven vide is gone. The game feels like an alpha release for overwatch 1. The ruined it.
