Elizabeth Olsen is simply amazing in this HBO miniseries, Love & Death. The character she portrays as a 1970’s mid-western, churchgoing, housewife is so spot-on and fun to watch, but Olsen really shows her talent when the trouble for her character starts and in the camera close ups, she shows the stress and fear and shock as she leaves the scene of the crime. She literally looks like she is on the verge of going crazy trying to hold it all together. Kudos to her for this magnificent performance. I’ve only really known her for her role as the Scarlet Witch in the Marvel movies, but it’s obvious I will be very interested in anything else she decides to be involved in. Again, simply amazing!!
