The Minecraft is meant to be gone into with the whimsy and excitement of a child, and I believe the people reviewing it as they would art house cinema is not just unfair but ruins the experience for yourself! It's the Minecraft movie, it's just the perfect amount of cheesy, action, and emotional in a way that /can/ appeal to all ages, provided you go into it with the right mindset. It was a great movie, as someone who's been into the game since like 2010, it's just a fun time, and that's all it has to be.
