I often watch The Talk and more than not agree with some of the hosts, especially Sara Gilbert. Today I did not. The topic was a father who went to work and forgot that his twin babies were in the back seat of his car. He returned 8 hours later where he found them dead. This is what I call negligent homocide. The hosts all had sympathy for the father and called it a tragic mistake. When you are entrusted for the well being and very life of a child there is no room for mistakes that cost the child its life. I find it unconscionable that a parents job takes priority over the lives of his children. He should be charged with negligible homocide. If a parent leaves a child alone at home and it results in the death of that child, that parent is charged with negligent homocide, what is the difference?
