The World Trade Center, located in Lower Manhattan, was originally a complex of seven buildings, including the iconic Twin Towers. After the tragic events of September 11, 2001, where the Twin Towers were destroyed in terrorist attacks, efforts were made to rebuild the site. Today, the new World Trade Center complex includes One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower), the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, and several other buildings. It stands as a symbol of resilience and remembrance.
