The game is honestly a bit disappointing overall and I wouldn’t recommend it here’s why: The quality of the writing is mediocre at best, lacks any real conflict, is at times boring and at other times just plain awful. The story is pretty generic but my issues are that in most in game choices don’t really matter and there might as well not give a choice of what to say. Which might be fine if this wasn’t an RPG. The combat looks flashy and impressive but actually becomes tedious and lacks any real challenge even on high difficulties. The visuals are pretty impressive and the game runs very well, I don’t love the character design though and the facial animation or rather lack there off ruins the delivery of many moments. At this point I’m not sure I will be finishing this game as there are a lot of great video games out this year so far and this honestly isn’t one of them.
