It would have been great if not for all the flashbacks. It was good, though.
It seems like they wanted people who were not familiar with the preceeding events to get caught up somehow by interupting the flow of the movie by showing little clips of key scenes from the series. It didn't "ruin" the movie, but it interfered with good storytelling in my opinion.
