Great Book on the competitive Bodybuilding scene from the mid-1960s to the mid-1980s - particularly on the Weider Brothers and the IFBB in those years.
I remember Rick Wayne's entertaining coverage of the MR OLYMPIA contests in the mid-1980s when he was writing for Flex Magazine - and I believe that he was also the Editor-in-Chief for that magazine.
Rick's writing was very Gonzo and informative, funny and at times, controversial and maybe salacious.
