I loved this first episode and was very excited about the storyline Marvel is creating with this Multiverse - my ONLY problem is that in this age of binge-watching, this episode was too short. Understandably, they had to cram The entire First Avenger modification for Capt. Carter into an animation - but if Marvel can only do a 25 minute animation, give us at least two episodes a week! Disney + going back to a one-episode a week format is okay if you're looking at a one hour show, but come on! The pandemic hiatus has fans itching for their Marvel fix and this just makes it that much harder. Ugh!

This show is FANTASTIC! It's very gripping and keeps you on the edge of your seat for each episode. Just when I thought I'd figured out the ending and the antagonist in all this, it threw me the biggest curveball I'd ever seen. Truly remarkable writing, direction and performance form all involved. It's hard to find a good murder mystery that I can't figure out within a few minutes of viewing and this one really got me. Definitely worth the watch!

I'm a massive UFO conspiracy buff and love period pieces as well, so this show is right up my alley. The performances are superb especially Neal McDonough. That man turns playing a villain into an art form. The level of suspense and intrigue reaches extraterrestrial proportions and I'm thoroughly excited where Season 2 will take the viewer.

Spenser: For Hire was one of the coolest shows of its day. Robert Urich and Avery Brooks killed it as Spenser and Hawk, respectively. THIS is NOT that show. THIS seems VERY generic, VERY bland and VERY boring. It's only "Spenser" by name. Spenser: For Hire is the show that made me fall in love with the Ford Mustang and that was my first and present car since then because of that show. Hollywood has forgotten what made shows like this memorable. It was the actors, their chemistry, their performances and the atmosphere of the show that matched its time. This charlatan movie bears no semblance to the show made popular by its actors and does it no justice. Piss off, movie.

This was one of those movies where I couldn't help but feel empathy for this character whose life was so dark, that he developed such deep-seated mental difficulties. His transformation into a vengeful, murderous clown was equally exhilarating and horrific as, in real life there are so many poor souls out there like Arthur Fleck who need help battling such massive demons. I loved the realism and even though I could predict the ending, it was still such a shock to see it transpire. I thoroughly enjoyed this film.
