Excellent from beginning to end as usual! I loved it!

Great cast and acting. The movie shows how alone people can be and how afraid some can be to be who they truly are. You almost ache in seeing their suffering but there is hope in the end.

Although I like David Niven and Deborah Kerr, I was disappointed in the story, particularly the ending. Hopefully viewers will see how the selfishness of the father and daughter in this film can lead to more than hurt feelings. It can lead to tragedy. If we are honest, none of us would like to be used by others for their temporary pleasure. Love and commitment in relationships usually leads to a much happier life in the long run.
