I've got to give it 1 star otherwise I cant leave a review. This is typical of whats being churned out as an excuse for and it doesnt work! Yet another remake of a film that didnt need a remake. The original was far fetched but a decent film to watch, but this, absolute rubbish. It had about a 5% chance of being watchable until Conor McGregor appeared on screen. Lets be honest, he isnt an actor and never will be. It's note even cardboard acting, it simply isnt acting. It's that bad he could act his way out of a paper bag if it were made of soaking wet tissue paper! The film on a scale of 0 -10, the needle got to 0.2, then Conor McGregor appeared and the needle fell below 0 and tried to got back round to 0, it was that bad! Luckily I didnt pay to watch it. But dont take my word for it. Watch the original, that free on Amazon at the moment, then watch this waste of electricity.

One star is all it gets. I havent read the books. The film starts well, trying a modern day take on the story of Perseus and the beheading of Medusa. It works to a certain extent, then they add too much. The film couldve been far better if they had simply modernised the entire story of Perseus. Mixing and matching like they have done, the film lost its way. They ran out of story ideas and then rushed the end and to make up for it as usual they have a massive fight in New York! As for getting to Mount Olympus via the lift in the Empire State Building......that was the last straw!

Dont bother watching it. I have to give it one star because without it I cant leave my review. I have no idea what the book is like. But this film is horrendous. I bought it to watch with my children and even they asked to turn it off! One of them, quite rightly stated: 'Theyve tried to make it like Harry Potter!' The more you watch it, you have to agree. Theyve tried to make Daddarios charactor into Hermione Granger, the all knowing witch, Daddario is the all knowing Half God/Demi God. The entire film reflects almost every charactor in the Harry Potter films.
