It was all right. Great singing and scenography. We watched it on Prime. My U15 daughter loved it, my U8 son declared "I am going to bed" half way through (very unusual for him... but the movie is way too long), my wife disconnected after 20 minutes and read a book. The other U12 son did not even try. I watched it all but while learning about other Oz books/adaptations on my mobile because the pace was too slow. Not a movie I'd watch again but I will certainly watch the sequel for the sake of completion, with a glimpse of hope that it delivers better.

Venice Lonely Planet, movie version. Beautiful if you love Venice.
